Up to two weeks in advance, one to three hours at a time. That is the shape of a single Reservation, not a monthly allowance — musician Memberships have no cap on total studio time. Please be considerate about how large a studio you need, so the bigger studios stay available for the bands that need them.

Every rehearsal studio is backlined — a mixer, speakers and amplifiers are already in the room — and most are stocked with guitars, a bass, keyboards and a drum kit with two cymbals. Bring your own instruments if you would rather play your own, and bring extra cymbals and sticks. Soloist is the exception: it is an acoustic room and carries no backline by design. Keep amplifiers loud enough to sit over the drums and no louder. Never mic a drum kit — these are practice rooms, not performance rooms.

Professional touring musicians based in the area, semi-professional gigging musicians, and aspiring music professionals — Power Chord means to be your workspace, somewhere you can practice, write, play and generally improve your skills daily. For the occasional player and the hobbyist, it is a place to make and enjoy music without worrying about disturbing your household or your neighborhood.

As much as you need. We do not cap how many hours a musician Membership can reserve — Power Chord means to be your workplace, and a workplace does not meter your practice time. Reserve one to three hours at a time, as often as the calendar allows. Podcast Memberships are the exception: they are priced on the hours you need each month.

Apply online, then come in for an interview and a walkthrough of the building. Membership begins once you're approved — there is nothing to pay when you apply. Apply for membership.

Not as a matter of course. The Club operates on individual membership, so bringing a non-member in without prior approval from the Managing Member is a violation of membership terms. Ask us first.

9am to 10pm, every day. Junior Members have access during Staffed Hours.

There is ample parking in the rear of the building.

There are over 30 high-definition cameras on site for security.
